Choose One of Two Rewards

💰 Option 1: Account Credit

Earn an account credit based on your qualifying purchases.

• $10,000–$19,999 in qualifying purchases: $250 Account Credit
• $20,000+ in qualifying purchases: $500 Account Credit

💳 Option 2: Financing Fee Reimbursement

If you finance projects through an eligible financing program, we'll reimburse your contractor financing fees up to 1.15% of your qualifying purchases, with a maximum reimbursement of $500 per contractor account.

How It Works

1. Place qualifying orders estimated and shipped between July 13th and August 14th .
2. Complete and install your qualifying project(s).
3. Submit the online Promotion Request Form.
4. We'll verify eligibility and issue your reward after approval.

July freedom to choose Promotion – Official Terms

The July Contractor Choice Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Tri County Metals.

Promotion Period

Promotion applies to qualifying orders placed between July 13, 2026 and August 14, 2026.

Eligibility

Promotion is available only to:

• Active Tri County Metals contractor accounts
• Accounts in good financial standing
• Contractors with qualifying net purchases totaling at least $10,000 during the promotion period
• Orders must be estimated and shipped during the promotion period

Reward Options

Eligible contractors may select one (1) of the following:

Option A – Account Credit

• $250 Account Credit for qualifying purchases between $10,000 and $19,999.
• $500 Account Credit for qualifying purchases of $20,000 or more.

OR

Option B – Financing Fee Reimbursement

Reimbursement of documented contractor financing fees actually incurred on qualifying projects, up to:

• 1.15% of qualifying order value
• Maximum reimbursement of $500 per contractor account

Qualifying Purchases

Qualifying purchases:

• Must be estimated and invoiced during the promotion period.
• Are calculated using net invoice value before taxes and freight.
• May include multiple qualifying invoices placed during the promotion period.
• If a financing promo is selected, the project must have been successfully financed using Tri County Metal's homeowner'sEDGE Financing Program and funded during the promotion period.

Exclusions

The following do not qualify:

• Returned merchandise
• Warranty replacements
• Paired with other promotions or discounts
• Credits or cancelled orders
• Internal company purchases
• Government or special bid pricing (if applicable)
• Purchases outside the promotion period

Submission Requirements

Promotion requests must be submitted through the official online Promotion Request Form.

Supporting documentation may be required, including:

• Project address
• Customer name
• Invoice numbers
• Financing documentation (if selecting reimbursement)

Verification

Tri County Metals reserves the right to:

• Verify qualifying purchases
• Confirm financing documentation
• Request additional information
• Deny submissions that do not meet promotion requirements

Reward Distribution

Approved rewards will be issued within approximately 30 days following verification.

Account credits will be applied to the contractor's account.

Financing reimbursements will be issued as an account credit unless otherwise approved by Tri County Metals.

General

Limit one promotional reward per contractor account.

Promotion has no cash value and may not be transferred.

Tri County Metals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
